Remote Assistance

In some cases, we can help you over the Internet through remote assistance. If you have a high-speed Internet connection that is functioning properly, we can (with your presence and permission) log onto your computer and help you remotely.

Please call (425) 753-4055 to set up a convenient time for you. Please have your credit card ready. We accept Visa and MasterCard only. The charges are $30 for the first 15 minutes and $1 per minute after that.
